|Recommended: YesTwenty Nine West formerly Shenandoah Village . Since Greenbrier properties took over the management the apartment complex has continued to review and make updates on the interior and exterior. The grounds are tended to on a daily basis and improvements on landscaping as well, the grass is always maintained along with the bushes and tree lines. the interior apartments are being renovated with new beige paint with white trim, it really opens up the apartment. New appliances and fixtures in the bathrooms. The walkin closets are amazing with the amount of space. The staff is always available to listen and make any improvements that is necessary. The maintenance requests are done in a timely manner. the property manager is also available to listen to concerns and assist needs to continuously improve the environment. The exterior is being pressured washed to keep the siding clean and presentable. Overall the property is always looking for ways to improve the complex.

|Recommended: YesAffordable and Comfortable — In moving to Roanoke, I found it exceptionally difficult to find a place that suited all my needs. Twenty9 West has really hit the mark for me I have never had an issue finding parking. Moving from a house to an apartment, I was nervous that noise might be an issue--particularly since my job requires I work from home a few days each week. In spite of how lively the complex is with children and pets, I have not had any issues thus far. The property manager Luke is incredibly helpful and kind. His knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure my application process went smoothly was invaluable. If I could give him more than five stars, I would Location is also highly convenient, being pretty much directly between the Valley View Mall and historic downtown.
All in all, if you are looking for an apartment that is spacious, affordable, and offers the comforts of washer dryer hook-ups and walk-in closets, this place might just be a perfect fit for you
